Opened on 14th February 2008 at the Drama Theatre, Sydney Opera House to critical acclaim.

"Hamlet" - The Bell Shakespeare Company


Directed by John Bell. Opened at the Sydney Opera House, Playhouse Theatre on 4th March 2003 to critical acclaim. Lighting co designed with set designer Laurence Eastwood.

By David Williamson. Directed by Bruce Myles, set designed by Larry Eastwood Opened in March 2005 at the Drama Theatre, Sydney Opera House.

Sold out season. Performance and rehearsal shots shown. Extensive national tour followed.


 
 
 


 



"Trying" by Joanna McClelland Glass - Ensemble Theatre.


Directed by Sandra Bates, designed by Nicholas Dare. Starring Michael Craig  and Catherine McGraffin. It opened on 11th May 2007 at the Ensemble Theatre.


                
            
            


"Measure for Measure" - The Bell Shakespeare Company


Directed by John Bell, set & costumes designed by Robert Kemp.

Opened at the Playhouse, Melbourne Arts Centre in July 2005 to great critical acclaim. National tour followed.


    
    
     



"The Wars of The Roses" - The Bell Shakespeare Company


Directed by John Bell, set & costumes designed by Stephen Curtis.

Shakepeares epic Henry VIth trilogy adapted by John Bell. Opened at the Playhouse, Sydney Opera House in March 2005 to great critical acclaim. National tour followed.

"The Servant of Two Masters" -The Bell Shakespeare Company


Directed by John Bell, set & costumes designed by Stephen Curtis. Opened at the Playhouse, Queensland Performing Arts Centre on the 30th May 2003 dubbed by one reviewer as "Commedia dell Oz".


        
        
         

Remounted and the lighting redesigned for the 2004 mainstay season- opening to an extraordinary reception with a standing ovation Sydney Opera House on 20th March 2004- before a highly successful tour.



"I'm not Rappaport" - Ensemble Theatre.

By Herb Garner. Starring Warren Mitchell and George Henare, at Sydney's Theatre Royal. Opened 17th February 2004. Directed by Andrew Doyle and designed by Judith Hoddinott.


             
            




"Aunty and Me" by Morris Panych, directed by Michael Karaolis, designed by Judith Hoddinott.

Opened at the beautiful Ensemble Theatre, Kirribilli on Sydney Harbour, 20th June, 2003, to rave reviews.


         
          
        




"The Blonde, the Brunette and the Vengeful Redhead" by Robert Hewitt, starring Jacki Weaver.

Opening play for the 2005 season for the Melbourne Theatre Company. A one woman show opened to great critical acclaim at the Victorian Arts Centre, Melbourne in January and immediately sold out the extended 8 week season. It continued to tour to full houses.




"The Merchant of Venice" for the Bell Shakespeare Company, at the Playhouse, Sydney Opera House and national tour, 1999.

Directed by Richard Wherrett, designed by Michael Scott Mitchell.


   



The musical "Reunion" by John Waters and Stewart D'Arrietta, National tour 1995 (with Jacki Weaver)
